Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Life Guardian account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.
2. Service Description
Life Guardian is a family safety application providing live location sharing, geofence alerts, SOS emergency features, AI safety insights, and driving reports for registered family members.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Parents are responsible for managing their family circle, inviting members, and configuring permissions. Children must have parental consent to use the service.
4. Location Data & Privacy
Location data is shared on a consent-based model. Each family member must explicitly consent to location sharing. You may revoke consent and stop sharing at any time. Location data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Free, Premium (£4.99/month or £49.99/year), and Premium Plus (£9.99/month or £99.99/year) plans are available. A 7-day free trial of Premium Plus is offered to new users (one trial per buyer). Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Life Guardian for unlawful purposes, to stalk or harass individuals, or to track persons without their consent. Misuse may result in account termination.
7. Emergency Services
Life Guardian is a supplementary safety tool and is not a replacement for emergency services. Always call your local emergency number (999, 911, 112) in a life-threatening situation.
8. Liability
Life Guardian is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of location data, delayed alerts, or inaccurate safety insights.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
